Building a better Lakewood | Learn about our new Welcome Center

Father’s Day 2024
June 16, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Many families visit Lakewood on Father’s Day to honor and remember their fathers now laid to rest at Lakewood. We will have a tent setup across from the chapel, near the Living Memory Tree.
Visit Lakewood on Father’s Day for a complimentary white rose, a symbol of love and remembrance for a father who has passed. Flowers will be available from 10 AM until 1 PM (while supplies last). Ribbons will be available for our Living Memory Tree, and the Memorial Chapel will be open for visitors.
Help start a new tradition
Honor the memory of fathers or father figures by adding a ribbon to our Living Memory Tree, a collective display of remembrance and love.

Help locating graves
If you need assistance, these options are available:
- Stop by the Information Tent (or Chapel in case of rain) between 10 AM-1 PM where a volunteer or staff person will help you find your loved one
- Use Lakewood’s burial search webpage, which includes printable maps, as well as GPS directions using Google Maps
- Visit our administrative building, located near the front gates, where anyone on the Lakewood team can assist
- Stop by our Information Kiosk, accessed from the lower east side of the administration building
Location
Find us at the tent across from the historic Memorial Chapel. In the event of heavy rain or storms, we will move into the Chapel.
