Lakewood’s historic chapel offers a beautiful, unique space for your one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony.
The Memorial Chapel, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the centerpiece of the cemetery and a priceless architectural treasure—one of the most perfect examples of Byzantine mosaic art in the United States. The chapel has beautiful acoustics and a Skinner pipe organ, along with a piano.
Weddings
The chapel is available for weddings on a limited number of Friday and Saturday evenings during the spring, summer and early fall. The space works well for up to about 120 guests. There is a fee to use the chapel.
